Elliptical – Best Machine for Losing Weight

And there goes another weight loss article. We have starter playing badminton yesterday and would like to make it a habit, two or three times a week will be enough for us to stay healthy. It gave us a nice feelingg, we even uttered, “wheow ang sarap (it was nice)”, Perhaps if the gym provides some elliptical machine, it might help us perspire more, we can use this while resting and taking a break from many badminton strikes 🙂

Elliptical is easy to use and is best for our resistance, It targets almost all parts of our body that means it is so advantageous and worth the price. I want to have it at home too 🙂
