I Feel Lighter

I feel lighter again now, and I like it! 🙂 I am not using effective diet pills, I am just having a discipline ajejeje… It feels good when you are light, and you can don clothes you want, what bad is, it is expensive on your part.

If you want to achieve a slimmer you, go on a disciplined dieting like exercising at least once a week, I do play badminton, one hour per week. Do not eat rice during dinner or better yet, don’t take anything at night, I do that 🙂 it feels good when I wake up having a flat tummy though.

Don’t try some diet pills that you are unsure of, it must be taken with some advices from health experts. And you shall try what I am doing now, exercise, do some 100-200 crunches every morning when you wake up and before you sleep, don’t take rice at dinner, don’t take too much rice, you will surely see and love the results.
