Here I am again, posting articles about diets and fitness, I think this is because many of us are being impulsive sometimes and just binge on something unhealthy, satisfying rhe mouth and tastebuds but not the health. Anyway, there is solution here if those food we intake is converted into fat and accumulate in our bpody, try pull up bars, I am sure those hanging fats will disappear and will turn into muscles. Like it right?
