36-24-36, whow! Sexy! A body measurement all girls want to have! Beauty queen figure! Much as I want to achieve it, 🙁 to bad, I am not blessed with sexy body, when God showered sexy body and pleasant personality, I perhaps was busy doing something, thus, I was not able to catch some, hahaha.
I have an athletic body, not sexy, not fat. How would I say that, I got no hip (which I always dream of having a hip because having a hip makes a lady sexier!) I now have a not flat stomach (because of pregnancy, which I also dream to make it flat, I want a nice ab!) Yeah, I want to workout my abs, like Vina Morales does ( I know it’s possible because I don’t have bigger tummy).
I feel I am gaining weight, I weighed 45 kgs before and I think it goes 48 now (imagine that weight for a 5’2 lady) – with normal BMI (thankfully though! 😉 ) And I want to trim down some inches on my waist and shed off some weight! I gained because my husband is here and I am not missing my meals, (which I only had lunch whenhe wasn’t here).
And how to shed now? This always comes to my mind, I should be determined to have a diet and exercise at my best, there are many available resources. I already downloaded the Taebo video, the ABS workout video, and soon to look for the yoga dvd, those could help! And most of all (and I know the cheapest) would be to jog every morning at 5am. It’s easier! If only I am determined to have a healthier body. I just need to sacrifice, (I am a late person – I mean I wake up late) wake up early at 5am and jog at CCP Complex. It’s a deal between me and myself 😀 to get back to a lighter me (because look at my chubby cheeks, they get chubbier now 🙁 )
From now on – I AM DETERMINED TO GET LIGHTER, SHED SOME WEIGHT AND BE HEALTHIER. I WILL JOG EVERY MORNING UNTIL 6AM 🙂
