Globe’s Customer Service

Relative to my previous post RE: incorrect billing, syempre ang lola nyo di mapakali and kating kati na maayos ito. ABA naman ikaw ba naman ang ibi ng almost 8K????? Hindi ka ba magwawala nun? Plan 1799 to 8k? Help me shout to release this arghhhhh….

I am actually here at Globe. Ha kwento ko, kanina after lunch I already went here and the security guards assisted me dialling the phone para makausap ko amg customer service, it was like almost an hour din akong nakipag usap, then mali mali pa ang computation nya? I can’t really rely on that. Besides to that, youll hear familiar lines “mam kindly hold po for few minutes i will review your concern po” and did it for 5 times. So she mentioned to me na 4k daw ang marereverse and 4k ang bill… Halerrrr…… i asked her magkano prorate and my recurring bill, she told me 700+ and 1799 respectively… ikaw nga compute di ba 2500 lang.. ano bang system meron sila? Aftet i told her na bakit 4k lang e 2500.lng dapat bill skin…again “mam let me put you on hold idodouble check ko lang po”…she got back to me “mam upon checking po your account…..” and then blank nobody was talking na….. grrrrrr….@^$÷*×&÷€÷,÷!!!

So i decided to go directly sa express service…. sabi nung guy… “sige mam mabigat po ba yan?” Tapos un nakita nga nya doble doble charge ko. “Mam kapag ganyang kaso po kasi sa customer service na po eh…” ay tinanong pa pala nya katabi nya regarding it…. so got number 4042…

Ting ting… parang 1hr per person… oops turn ko na…

Anyare? Naayos and expect to see the reversal next billing. Pero before I was called parang almost 2 hours din ako ah… hay…i made a computatiom of what should have been billed and it matched with their computation..aba dapat lang no!

Sus meh…. sabi ni lady cs..”maam mukhang naadjust na po sya.kasi zero na po sya eh” and she showef me the detailed transaction of my plan… naman kasi! Naputol umg hotline kanina and I wasnt really so sure if naprocess ba nila un..kaya nga dapat sana inupgrade din ang hotline…  so anyare nagpunta ako dun sa globe and waited for 2.5 hours para lang as if maconfirm if na process..okay na din.. at least worth it…

Hindi lang ako ang may gantong kaso… nung kinausap ko si lady customer service (thanks ms for being so accomodating amd friendly you paid off) sabi nya “hay billing department mali mali… anh daming mali”…

MArch of this year nagkaroom mg system upgrade si globe sana isinama din nila.pag upgrade sa hotline ang hirap tumwag at makipag usap. Minsan pa iiwan ka sa ere…hello helli helllo am i talking to no one? Lol…

Thanks pa din globe…loyal pa din ako sayo… dahil sayo abot ko amg mundo!
